In case of Breakage
Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/ questions about the authenticity. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/ replacement for the product.
Damage in transit
If you have received your order and something is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you will need to send us a clear image of the issue, the expiry and batch number of the product, a snapshot of the MRP, your order/ bill number (proof of purchase) and the item(s) affected to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please allow 2-3 working days for a response from our Customer Service rep.
Please do not throw any items away until we have resolved the matter.
Returns & Refunds
For Returns to be accepted, please ensure that the product is in re-saleable condition meaning that it is in its original packaging, unopened, unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. 2-way shipping charges (both sides traveling) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
